Parents' Attention
- The tuition is due on or before the first Saturday in October.
- Let us know if your child needs a ride, we will car pool.
- Classes start at 9AM and end at 1 PM. Please be prompt. If possible, please let us know if your child is going to be absent, late or picked up before dismissal.
- Students should be picked up at 1PM sharp and no later than 1:15PM.
- Pack lunch for lunch break. A snack and a drink are advised. Water is available.
- Children should not bring any toys and electrical devices. All cell phones and music equipment used during classes will be taken away and returned after classes the same day.
- Do not bring sick children to school i.e. with runny noses, cough, diarrhea, and eye or skin infections.
- School personnel are not allowed to administer any medication to your child.
- If your child was absent with any of these symptoms (including coughs, runny noses, red or runny eyes and any type of skin rash or has been on fever medication or antibiotics) they should not be brought back to school until the 24 hour criteria have been met.
- Please respect teachers decision since your child will be placed in a class according to his or her knowledge of Lithuanian language and not always according to their age.
- Student’s behavior will be discussed with parents. If he or she disrespects other students or teachers, after three warnings, he or she will be banned from the program.
- Bring your child in appropriate attire. School uniform T-shirts are advised but not required. There are several playgrounds and sand boxes outside to be used during the breaks. Please pack a change of clothes for the little ones, especially if you won’t stay at school with them.
- Your child will not be allowed to leave school with an unfamiliar adult. Please let us know if a relative or family friend picks him or her up.
- In case of emergency, parents and guardians will be reached first, if necessary the child will be taken to the nearest hospital.
- You will be notified in advance if there are no classes due to poor weather conditions.
- Your child’s personal information is considered confidential and won’t be given to anyone. If you need any phone numbers let the administration know and the person will be asked to call you.
- Teachers are responsible for letting the students know what supplies are needed.
- Birthdays will be celebrated on the last Saturday of the month, summer birthdays – last day of school
